The interview with the student takes the form of a frank and supportive dialogue that includes reviewing the student's career and future expectations for their ongoing studies, as well as matching their demonstrated aptitudes and skills to the challenges of Level 2 work. The Director of Education will consider any new information gleaned in this manner, make her final decision, and communicate this to the student.
