These are some of our regular bodyworkers

Elfi Dillon-Shaw RMT, DipC is The Haven's Bodywork Coordinator and has worked here since 1983. She is a Registered Massage Therapist, offering cranio-sacral therapy, hot stone massage and other modalities. In addition to her massage work, she assists on Come Alives and teaches programs on sexuality, body practices and stress management, frequently with her husband Gary Dillon.

Gary Dillon MA offers Lomilomi Hawaiian massage and transformational movement therapy. He has studied Esalen massage and Hawaiian shamanic bodywork, as well as psychology and theology. He also offers four-handed Hawaiian massage with his wife Elfi Dillon-Shaw.

Suzanne Partridge is a Certified Reflexologist in her fourteenth year working at The Haven. She first came to The Haven in 1992, taking Come Alive, the Phase programs, and many others. Reflexology is a gentle manipulation of the life energy through the Chinese meridians, seeking to maintain balance and optimum functioning - all from the soles of the feet.

Duncan Fraser MTC, DipC graduated from The Haven's Diploma Program in 1992 and from the Guild for Structural Integration in 1996. As a practitioner of Structural Integration at The Haven, Duncan's focus is on helping clients embody their learnings. When the body lets go of old patterns and tension it will naturally find balance in its physical structure. The body can then foster wholeness in our mental, emotional and spiritual states as well. Duncan's bodywork is a great way to integrate your Haven experiences.

Martie Robinson is a registered Jin Shin Do practitioner who offers acupressure at Haven. With gentle acupressure and body focusing techniques you will be guided to notice, shift, and release energy blocks in your body. Accessing your body's wisdom in this way enhances your Haven experience. Martie has been doing personal work at Haven since 1997. In recent years she has been on the Haven Intern path and her passions include studying Traditional Chinese Medicine, and gardening.
