Wherever you hold tightness, sensitivity, or numbness in your body, is reflective of where you hold similar patterns in your life. Through breath, body awareness, and focusing techniques you may begin to loosen the held Energy in these places and help the Chi flow more smoothly. Through this kind of Energy work you will be able to support the shifts that you choose to make in your life. The work is often deep and you will likely feel very relaxed, nourished and comforted. Accessing your body's wisdom in this way will compliment your Haven experience. Martie has been doing personal work at The Haven since 1997. For definition of Jin Shin Do®, see
