Programs

Over our 27-year history many thousands of people have participated in programs at The Haven. Many have returned again and again and continue to find great enrichment and learning in their experiences here. Our programs – even the most ‘academic’ of them – are experiential and relational in their focus. With our programs’ emphasis on communication and embodiment, people often describe what they learn at The Haven as ‘life-changing’.

At the heart of The Haven are the five-day Come Alive, which we run one or two times every month, and the 25-day Living Alive Phase programs. These were created by The Haven’s founders Bennet Wong and Jock McKeen before The Haven itself existed and continue to have enormous popularity and impact. We recently added Being Alive to this series, a short follow-up to Come Alive which will run three times in 2011. Brand new this year is the four program Couples Alive Series, which digs deep into the experience of primary relationship.
