Creating the conditions for energy flow
ChiRunning practice helps you focus your mind, lift your spirit and open up your flow of Chi. It combines the inner focus and flow of T'ai Chi with the power and energy of running, creating a revolutionary running form and philosophy that takes the pounding, pain, and potential damage out of this sport. It increases mental clarity and focus, enhances the joy of running, and turns it into a safe and effective lifelong program for health, fitness, and well being. This program will include:
Format: ChiRunning can help you recapture the effortless nature of running. Developed by ultramarathoner Danny Dreyer, it is focused on how you run rather than simply the results of your running: it is more process-oriented than goal-oriented. Bring running gear and layered clothing (expect to be outside).

2012 Dates:
Tuition: $420.00 (Accommodation and meals extra.)
Early Bird Tuition: $380.00 if you register and pay in full at least two weeks in advance.
Accommodation and Meals
There are three types of room: Basic, Forest view, and Ocean view.
Your tuition may be tax deductible The Haven is a certified educational institute and is registered with the BC Private Career Training Institutions Agency.
