The ability to discern, express and dialogue about personal boundaries strengthens our ability to access creativity, energy and aliveness and enjoy greater intimacy and clarity in our personal and work relationships.

This program is for people who want to:

  • Know and express who they really are
  • Experience greater intimacy in relationship
  • Discover, speak, and stand behind their own thoughts, feelings and choices
  • Be proactive and clear when creating new, healthy relationships, following experiences of abuse and violence in their past
  • Free themselves from the experience of being trapped by roles, rules and obligations
  • Gain a new perspective on allergies, chronic fatigue, depression and other symptoms

Format: This three-day program combines presentation and experiential learning about the discovery and effective implementation of the boundary-ing process. Participants will also explore how to establish useful consequences when an expressed boundary is not respected. For those who internalize boundary conflicts into an illness pattern, there will be an opportunity to explore and decipher the story expressed in the symptom.

I love myself when I am able to clearly define myself...and be generous of spirit (vulnerable) in articulating my boundaries to others. Such vulnerability opens the possibility to be known, and to also be curious about the other's feelings/thoughts about my boundary. I hope that the quality of relationship will deepen as a result of being able to more effectively name my boundaries in the moment...realizing these are flexible over time.
