I love myself when I am able to clearly define myself...and be generous of spirit (vulnerable) in articulating my boundaries to others. Such vulnerability opens the possibility to be known, and to also be curious about the other's feelings/thoughts about my boundary. I hope that the quality of relationship will deepen as a result of being able to more effectively name my boundaries in the moment...realizing these are flexible over time. Your tuition may be tax deductible The Haven is a certified educational institute and is registered with the BC Private Career Training Institutions Agency.
