Excelerator Coaching™ for Leaders and Managers

This program is for corporate and not-for-profit leaders and managers (such as senior executives, HR directors and managers, as well as middle managers). Leaders and managers will leave the program equipped with the coaching skills to immediately begin addressing workplace challenges, improve performances, and affect their workplace culture. The Excelerator Coaching™ model has been used in public and corporate workshops at both large and small institutions with over 2000 leaders. The model is also part of the curriculum for Royal Roads University’s Graduate Executive Coaching program. The program is accredited and with an additional 36 hours of coach training, can be applied towards becoming an ICF certified coach.

Format: Excelerator Coaching™ for Leaders and Managers includes 24 hours of content delivered in an expertly facilitated, highly interactive and experiential workshop. The Curriculum consists of 4 modules, each of which encompasses a coaching principle and accompanying concepts, coaching tools, skills, and behaviours. The content is delivered through a combination of facilitation, teaching, discussions, videos, a limited number of power points, and small group work. Each individual will have the opportunity to coach another participant at the end of the 3 day program, thereby integrating the newly acquired learning and skills. Their coaching skills will be audited by a credentialed ICF coach. Written and verbal feedback is provided.

Accommodation and Meals
The Haven offers a range of comfortable rooms and suites. All accommodation is designed to be shared by two or more people, though private rates are available. We make every effort to meet the needs of all our guests, but cannot guarantee specific rooms. Rates include three buffet-style meals per day.

There are three types of room: Basic, Forest view, and Ocean view.
