The Quantum Laugh: Shifting with Humour

Humour, and its expression through laughter, can facilitate shifts both at the mental/belief level and at the physical/cellular level. The ability to view life with humour allows us to access our energy, insight and creativity. A measure of our depth and breadth as individuals is our ability to laugh at our situations, our world and ourselves.

This program is for you if you are:

• Interested in shifting your energy, mood and perspective
• Willing to laugh at yourself and your world through a reframing of your experiences
• Looking for new ways to express passion and access creativity
• Seeking ways to enliven your relationships and expand your ways of connecting
• Curious about exploring more of your emotional landscape 

Format: This is an experiential program offering opportunities to investigate and instigate humour in forms such as slapstick, improvisation, movement and games.  You will explore, create, play and puzzle with what's funny and what isn't, and why humour is such an underrated form of therapy. This is not for the faint of heart - be prepared to laugh out loud!

Tuition: $600.00 (Accommodation and meals extra.)

Early Bird Tuition: $540.00 if you register and pay in full at least two weeks in advance.

Accommodation and Meals
The Haven offers a range of comfortable rooms and suites. All accommodation is designed to be shared by two or more people, though private rates are available. We make every effort to meet the needs of all our guests, but cannot guarantee specific rooms. Rates include three buffet-style meals per day.

There are three types of room: Basic, Forest view, and Ocean view.
