We recently benefited from a Virtual Leadership series.
Not only was it a worthwhile experience, but it has changed the way we do our jobs and run our day to day operations.
It was equally valuable for staff in support roles, as well as for the managers and leaders.
Dr. Jim taught the leaders followership, and the followers, leadership.
We specifically benefited from Jim's keen insight and advice in the individual sessions, where, in a few minutes, he was able to understand, assess and advise on a variety of situations.
Thanks Jim!

Recently 5 of my managers took Jim's online training course to rave reviews. Every one of them indicated they have learned new skills that they have actually been able to apply. I found that the exercises really reinforced the learning process, making this a valuable experience.

Jim helped me move through an incredibly difficult employee situation and get things back on track with minimal frustration on my part.
Once I completed the virtual course, the follow-up articles and reminders kept me on track to actually utilize what I had learned.
Thanks for making a difference in my business and in my life, Jim!
