Whether your first experience of The Haven has been a Come Alive or another program, The Haven is committed to providing you with opportunities for ongoing learning.

Here are suggestions for ways to integrate what you have learned into your life:

Keep current with what is happening at The Haven by signing up for our E-news and Shen.
Check out our Staying Alive groups in your area.
Try to incorporate a daily breathing practice.
Use the Haven Communication Model.
Do the Joints and Glands Moving Meditation and teach it to your family and friends.
Read our articles and check out our publications.
